We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

Exceptions

We will only consider a replacement or refund in the following cases:

* The item received is damaged during shipping.
* The wrong item was delivered.
* The item has a manufacturing defect.

To report any of the above issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product and packaging.
